Night owl restaurant for sale driver#
Our name was clearly on the order plus a note telling the driver our room number and to have the front desk call us. The hotel front desk staff is guilty of not making sure they let us know. easily solved by Night Owl by simply sending us a text or a quick phone call to let us know they had delivered it. Problem? Nobody ever let us know our pizza and the rest of our order had arrived. We got our order 30 minutes late, it had been sitting at the front desk and the delivery driver and front desk both claimed they were innocent. Someone or more than one someone dropped the ball big time. Night Owl is one of the places the hotel recommends to order dinner from. Not that we could have heated anything up since Night Owl didn’t send any plates (or napkins and only one fork, hello!!! We are staying in a hotel!!). And the crappy overpriced Hyatt Regency we’re staying in, in Marietta, doesn’t have. The wings and salad just were poorly made all together.
I think the pizza and mozzarella sticks would have been good, but it was all cold by the time we got it.
